How we handle what you send us.

When you send a contact or consultation request, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name, company name, email address and phone number;
• the service you are interested in, your number of trucks and USDOT number, if you give them;
• your message.

We also record the page you sent it from, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), the time, and a one-way hash of your IP address used to stop abuse. We do not store your raw IP address for this.

• To reply to your request and arrange a consultation.
• To keep a record of our conversations with your company.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We only send you news or offers if you tick the separate marketing box on a form. You can say no and still get a reply to your request. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never stops replies about work you asked us to do.

We do not sell your information. We use service providers to run the website and send email, who process it only on our instructions. If your company becomes a ManyTruck client, your operational records live in your own Yolda AI TMS account.

We keep inquiry records while we are in contact with your company and for a limited period afterwards for our business records, then delete or anonymize them. Records needed for legal or accounting obligations are kept as long as those obligations require.

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time. A contact address for these requests will be published here before we accept any online requests.
